<———— Number one with a bullet.

When my two year old daughter has spent time with my parents she goes off on wild F-bomb and gesture filled tirades. It's pretty hilarious.

For me Brad Neely is the Washington guy. I've actually wondered occasionally what he's up to, but never followed up. Now I've got
something to go back to check out.

I really enjoyed Season 1, but didn't think the direction of S02 sounded good so I kind of wrote it off. I've heard enough good about it now that I need to rethink my position.*

I'm waiting for Piers Morgan's response to form my opinion.

I've never actually listened to the whole album, I must check it out. The songs of theirs I do like are the older ones, yet somehow Chocolate Starfish (ugh) is the album I actually own.

This is a cool read. I love his take on Wes Borland and Limp Bizkit. Pulls no punches without being too rude. And I agree that Borland is an amazing guitarist. His playing and textural work is why I actually used to listen to Limp Bizkit.

Shit, I really appreciate Tidal. The software is lightweight and platform agnostic, and the selection is great. Now it might be owned by the company that wipes over your existing music library and uses the horrible iTunes software.

This is my favourite U2 period. The Zooropa/Pop experimental stage was very interesting to me. The earlier stuff never resonated with me, and later, well… let's not think about that.

I've always loved the batshit insanity of soundtrack albums, this being a perfect example.

I….. don't remember this episode! Did I miss it? Did I miss others? Guess I need a rewatch.

This has given me the urge to go back and watch the 90s American Gothic which I only caught odd bits and pieces of back in the day.

I'll admit I have an odd fascination with the idea of this album. I'll probably give it a stream then doze off.

Completely agree with this perspective. Especially after the Frozen Wheel episode I can't imagine how people watching thought there would be a clean logical explanation. It's where the show went all in on the mysticism.

As you can see it's pretty divisive. Most people agree that the first 3 or 4 seasons are great.

Holy crap Grace Park is 42?! That's as mind blowing to me as when I learned last year that Ming Na Wen was 51.

Oh yeah, I was terrified she was going to be offed, but trust the Wachowskis to not fridge one of their coolest characters.

I sympathise, but other than canning the whole show I don't think there's another workable solution.

I'm sure it was deliberately part of your screed to throw the 'tigers' in there, but as someone in Africa (South Africa) it caused me actual physical pain to see. :)

Exactly this. All the better Wachowski works I've ever seen have that beginning where the world slowly develops and and we learn about the characters before the main plot kicks in.
