Honestly, this may be a hot take, but I think it’d get old after a while. How many 0-60 pulls can you manage on your way to work?

We have computers now guys. SURELY you can digitally slap some different corporate logos over whatever sponsors are no longer “valid”.

TIL: Kashmir Ivory = Beige

I was wondering who that guy was - what a nightmare interviewer. He wouldn’t let anyone get a word in, including the other host that he kept cutting off. Extra demerits for mansplaining how to control your Twitter feed.

Yet another reason to stay away from Vegas immediately before and during that event.

Wow, I was just thinking, “Well, if it means I don’t have to take a cab from the airport, maybe there’s actually some value here”. Oh, well....

Missing from Perez’ comments were any apologies to the fans or to Leclerc for the accident, which was clearly his fault. Once again, “Ambition exceeds adhesion” for Checo.

If it was the roadster it would be NP - this is ND...

When I was a kid, there was a guy in my area who had a 1600 roadster that he’d dropped a V8 into (Ford 302, IIRC). It was a really cool car.

I started getting serious about an older 911 a couple of years ago. It seems that “bore scoring” has overtaken IMS as the new boogeyman on the 1999-2008 Porsches.

You forgot the “/S”

I always wondered why Kia dealers were so bad - I thought they were all just scumbag used car dealers that Kia signed up early on and they just couldn’t shake that mindset; but now I realize it’s that Kia corporate are also scumbags.

Probably wires for a battery tender/maintainer. If this is a show truck (and it looks like it is) it would sit around for hours with the lights on and/or the stereo playing.

It was Cadillac that was the “Standard of the World” (and therefore, GM) not Rolls Royce.

It still has the horrible chrome grill. It would look 100x better with that grill body color (or blacked out for the M). Or flaming red, so it would look like the lips singing “Science Fiction Double Feature” in Rocky Horror.

The engine provides 350 shaft horsepower - when it’s connected to a shaft! This one isn’t, so you’re probably getting 35hp from the jet exhaust.

After the 10th time, it’s free!

Someone has to second Andy on the CTS-V. I almost bought one when they were being made, I’ve been kicking myself ever since that I didn’t scratch that itch.

Why is the 40 miles an issue with a PHEV? It will start the engine if required, so you don’t need to stress about where the chargers are. Charger in the parking lot? Great, plug in. No charger (or more likely broken charger), no problem! Honestly, it seems like the best of both worlds rather than the worst.

The PCV system service on these isn’t actually all that bad. You do have to remove the intake but once that’s out of the way, it’s pretty easy. I did it as preventive maintenance on my 2002 V70 T5 and while it wasn’t plugged (probably due to regular oil changes) it fell apart as soon as I touched it.

I never understood why I’d see 10 of them for every 3000GT.
