We bought one before they tested them. It did okay in the govermpnment tests, so the wife and I joke that if SHTF, aim for a head on impact where it performer reasonably well.
Now that’s what I call coming I hot! Looks like Kimball too it a bit to literally.
Thanks! It's hard to find a good shot of a 2002ti that's not a work in progress
You made a bit of a mistake in that that trip would have cost money no matter what vehicle you did it in. It should really be figured separately (unless you absolutely would not go to Moab under any other circumstance).
That’s almost exactly the kind of bike I want. Sure a 400 isn’t really fast, but my around town bike is a Honda Trail 110 right now. 105cc single and all of 7.5 Hp means 45-50ish MPH Max.
It is pretty campy, but it also highlights a lot of places in America. I hope if someone ever gets their dicks in a row and attempts the Evil Knevil Snake River canyon jump, TGUsA will make it there (or Jalopnik will get me press credentials)
This is epwhat I get for working in statistics... I question this study from the start because it’s commissioned by the IIHS. They do good work, but their underlying motive is to improve safety by proving that everything is unsafe.
Mark Walker is one of my heroes. He collects old cars. It cause they are pretty, but because he seems to genuinely have zero fear!
Very true. I would get a proper setup if I needed to tow more that 5000-6000lbs. My truck is a beater because it’s a standard can 2wd. There are a dime a dozen, especially without a V8 out in these parts.
Every time I try and reaping on my phone I think “this is a bad plan... I’m going to type something stupid”
