That is quite nice!

It pulled really nice and rode great. Only time I’ve even had an issue was when the put a full yard of dirt in the back. It was sitting a bit lower than this, thought never hit the bump stops. Then again, that was probably close to 1800-2000lbs which is really too much for a 1/2 ton.

Why???.

Must be an American. We have no clue about tongue weight.

Even better. I guess I need to figure out how to get to this museum someday. My wife wants to tour Europe, but I'm not sure that Maranello, this museum and the Goodwood FOS is her idea of a vacation.

The front flip hood is marvelous here. Best part is that the air cleaner didn’t quite fit, so they “adjusted” it (or someone slammed the hood too hard)

Looks like I have proven that my knowledge is sup par on the subject. D’oh!

Where is my unibody fuel efficiency?? :)

You reminded me of the pre Limited XJ Wagoneer.

True, but even the Land Cruiser was like a Land Rover and still more of a tool that could be dressed up for folks to use on their estate.

Thanks, I always get my Jeep facts mixed. I DO strongly remember people dissing the ZJ back in the day while praising the XJ.

I’d agreethe ML is a CUB, but not sure how many people would call the ZJ Grand Cherokee a CUV? They were pretty capable off road.

Not bad at all. Heck, or old Volvo 244 only made like 150k on the original clutch. Broke a damper spring in it. There was still a good bit of lining left on it.

They will wheel and I had many friends with them.

I want one of these and have for a long time. Driven several and they aren’t really amazing, but solid.

It was the early Grand Caravan transmission that didn't hold up (late 80s). To be fair, a late 80s Taurus was lucky to get 100k or so out of a transmission, so they weren't leaps and bounds better.

Land Robers and the Grang Wagoneers were still dressed up trucks.

You can find all sorts of interesting stuff if you know where to look.

There aren’t many good videos of the thing in action that don’t suffer from poor sound.
