You’re an idiot. And if anything Skaggs was using the Comms Director. Skaggs was paying an addict in drugs to get drug for himself.

People like you have been trying to criminalize addiction for decades, and look where it got us.
I hope you never get addicted to anything. Because addicts aren’t scum. They’re just people. You know how you can tell an addict from a non-addict when you meet them? You can’t. They look just like you and me, and I’m an alcoholic. You’re just an asshole.
He should be in prison over helping a friend score pills? Skaggs was an adult who made his own decisions, and obviously this was hardly his first rodeo with opiates. According to this account the fatal dose was likely not even obtained through this guy.
Gotta disagree. If he was the dealer, sure, but an addict sharing with another addict? Man, prison? How does that help? And don’t say deterrent please. I just have seen this up close before and chucking everyone in jail ain’t doing a thing that will help someone who may have gotten hooked on a doctors advice (that’s…
well that’s a horrible take away from all of this
So we know that kay and skaggs were both addicts, and skaggs is the one that happened to die.
that is a terrible take.
Probably wouldn’t be saying this if some PR guy died because you never would have heard of it.
Ok this is long but i think its a reasonable take: So do you really think that Kay, Dir. of Communications was the “bad influence” in Skaggs, a young rich mlb pitcher’s life? Im not being a smartass i am honestly asking. I have commented on tyler before under a different username where i mentioned my history with…
Fuck that. Skaggs was a grown man who fucked his life up. Period. He is to blame. Fucking dumb ass society. Nobody is to blame for their own actions
Further perpetuation of the drug war is just silly. Criminalization of suppliers will do nothing more that pack prisons with people who need medical help, not punishment.
He should be in prison for what exactly? Buying drugs illegally? So we can just skip over the apparent mental/physical illness it seems Skaggs had? We all need help and need to destigmatize that getting it isn't a flaw.
C'mon. This guy was a gopher. Both addicts, just happened that the famous one died
If I had claimed Bostonians have those things you would have a point...but I didn’t
Ah yes, searching your name on Twitter and then asking the person if they think you care. Classic sign of not caring, and giving the business.
Ideally all the owners would be guillotined, with the possible exception of packers' ownership, so I don't think that's quite right.
“So far it hasn’t affect the Patriots’ on-field performance; the team’s 3-0 and looks formidable without Brown anyway.”
Sir this is a baseball post.
I disagree with your assessment. Fenway is only 310 down the line and Rosario is a good 5-10 feet in front of the warning track so he might be less than 300 feet from home plate. That would not be a sac fly to the warning track in almost any stadium.
