IMSA@VIR the speed difference was drastic at the end of the straight, those corvettes have a lot more power, I never saw a pass attempt the entire race

they do, its a 3 day event, saturday is full of racing too

FWD will pull you back straight really well, on the track you can lift to induce oversteer

this place is turning to partisan shit, where have all the jalop refugees gone

sucks the soul right out of you too

when did jalop turn against cheap fun cars? what the hell is going on here

what on earth does 1/8 mile have to do with a racetrack? Maybe I was not clear, racetrack where people take bmws every weekend. And no its not “barely losing” in the 1/4 mile

how is that possible with those tiny tires, there is no way you can take that thing onto a track and get it to perform on those things, unlike every other bmw

This happened to me in my mini, car hit us and spun us in front of the truck, that car continued to cross 5 lanes to get to an exit they missed. Trucker was not paying attention and kept on driving pushing us sideways a mile or so, other cars that saw flagged the truck driver over. We were sore but unhurt. At the time

What in the hell is going on with Jalop, the elise is one of the best driving cars ever, and this one is cheap

hear what the radio? didnt half of these come with no radio? These are autocross/track cars

uhhh have you seen the factory one? If the car even had one

crackpipe along with easily 2/3 of the posts on jalop this week I need to find a new timesink because this place went downhill fast

what are the jalop alternatives now? /r/cars ? anywhere else?

what does this have to do with cars

I wish I could do this with my old bmws, ews deletes are a pain in the behind

this is one of the stranger choices

Prepping my R53 mini for it’s first trackday with NASA-Southeast

I have much want, and a LOT of tall people probably do too, the ruler test is brutal

Clifs if you live in a city and have a garage you can use an electric car, not sure how that’s 80 % of the US but whatever. MAybe they don’t care if you actually have a place to charge it? I commute 100-130 miles a day so no go for me for a little while.
