Love your work, but tell your smug-ass husband that his one-liner perfectly embodies the carefully curated lie that Daimler has been encouraging for over a century.

My first brand-new car was one of these, a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI w/DSG and Pano Sunroof, black over beige. Granted, I traded mine in after 9 months and 19K miles for a new 2015 Golf SportWagen TDI SEL w/DSG...which was silly. That said, the Golf SportWagen did have some stuff I really wanted on my Jetta

small/small is plenty of slack. He doesn’t need any more.

Ah yes, the Colonnade years. All the GM A-bodies looked great back then. That ‘73 Olds Cutlass was my favorite.

Ah! I do think this is it! Thanks so much!

Hey Jason, so I asked in that very same Instagram post and the answer I got is that it is a “pisca californiano” (californian style turn signal), not a stock part for that GL.

Welcome dude! Great seeing a black writer here! Black student studying EECS for automotive eng in college and have been on here for quite a while so when you talk about reading a bunch of articles and magazines when you were younger and planning your own car company, that’s basically me right now and a few years

You’ll notice the kid came to a full stop when the parents were lagging behind (9:23), so it’s only when the parents are with the child when they run the stops. Also, weird that you only point out the bikes running stops and not every car doing the exact same thing BUT with worse situational awareness, more mass, and

not sure if im the only one experiencing this but every time the scrolling video in the middle of the article flips to a new ad, the browser jumps back up there, and i lose my spot... makes this website terribly difficult to read.

I blame Snake Plissken!

This. Anything that can lull bikers into inattentative mode is bad. Headchecks are the nro 1 security measure when driving bike. Getting stuff that might cause slackking and getting bad habits is really not a good idea.

Hands down the best looking wagon made in the last few years. love the v60 too

Better solution: Call it the Cross Country Sport, jack the price up by $5,000, say the lower ride height is due to sport reasons, sell it to suckers.

Well, the Volvo V90 keeps plugging along. I am surprised that Volvo USA hasn’t pulled the V90 when the V90 cross country is available.

Or the excellent Land Rovers with time-bomb engines.

Nah, it won’t rev or sound the same and that is all the difference. The Voodoo Mustang GT350 is the LT5 C4 ZR-1 of our time.

I 100% disagree. Using Cardo’s standard speakers with earplugs and they work just fine for me. At freeway speed, wind and exhaust start to interfere a little, but never so much I can’t hear someone on the phone or my music.

Yes, it’s loud enough to be heard over earplugs at any mph. While I haven’t been on the other end of the calls, people I’m talking to are surprised that I’m on my bike.

I think the takeaway is that the Alpine A110 is a really good drivers car.
