I’m in the minority with you, but that is what makes him the best at what he does. All racers do it to some degree or another, Rossi just does it better. He probably did not intend to knock Marquez of his bike, but his transition from the right to the left hand turn looked a bit more exaggerated than normal. Combine

I think it's a requirement for these cars. I ran without a fuel door for about 6 months on mine. This picture came from 80/20 NPOCP in 2014. There is another Beryl Green SPG I see every once in a while here in Albany, though not quite as nice as this one.

Beryl green SPG. The rarest of the breed. Except for the prototypes of course.

Swedish racing green.

The part of the chart related to risk, and the subsequent explanation, is applicable to anyone riding a motorcycle, lane splitting or not. The only difference is there are slight shifts in the risk curve depending on the situation you are riding in.

Thanks. I've been waiting for someone to reply with thoughtful and intelligent counterpoints. It would help me refine my ideas to hear what others have to say.

Yeah that's right! Good memory. It was your 2 wheels turbo post. I ran dissimilar tires once a few times as well. It never felt right, but adjusting the pressures helped some.

I made the chart in less than 5 minutes so I understand how it could be hard to comprehend. At some point, I need to work on increasing the usefulness of the chart.

I have multiple commute options:

I do what you describe on both my motorcycle and my bicycle. As I'm coming to stop, I check my mirror to see if the car behind me has their turn signal on. Though I usually do it anyway, I'll definitely move over in the lane if I see a blinker on. On my bicycle, I'll usually shuffle over to make room. Drivers usually

Every Jalopnik article on lane splitting turns into a frothy foam fest. After about 100 comments, I'm usually done. Thanks for taking the time to read my contribution.

What many of these guidelines and laws fail to do is state explicitly that vehicles are not obligated to make enough room for you to pass between them. It is frustrating to see motorcyclists rev their engines or honk their horns in an attempt to get cars to shift in their lane to let them by. In some cases, I've seen

It is perfectly legal for cars to do the same. The problem is that cars do not have as great an opportunity due to the Pauli exclusion principal. Where they can take advantage of this is is at an intersection turning right.

Mercedes may beg to differ:

Andrew, I have a friend running a vintage truck this spring. Let's chat mrazekan.at.the.g mailthing.

$2,300! That's a ton of cool for an ounce of money.

The last few years I drew the short straw. I ended up in the most remote pits. Unlike chasing down the course, you leave before the race starts, set up the pit, and wait. Plenty of time to sleep.

Looks like it worked. Thanks.

You can't always dress in your nicest or coolest clothes. Yes, it would be nice to only have nice clothes but often financial challenges get in the way. Sometimes you have to wear the plain normal pant suit to work. In this case, jewelry allows you to express yourself in ways your clothes alone can not.

and by brand new you mean custom machined of course.
