I'm sorry, but i'm just not seeing how that's possible. It's a donation, so you have literally no stake in how it all turns out, fiscally. Getting perks is nice, sure, but there is no realistic way to ensure they always happen.

It's a donation, nothing more or less. Games go bust all the time, hell, many companies do in every sector. There is no way to prevent this.
