It's not conjecture, its based on a knowledge of the technology and the history of software emulation of various types of hardware. In this case, I used the xbox as an example because it is indeed very similar to the ideology of the ps4, and yet not nearly as easy to emulate as you seem to suggest.

It was, as it was direct X combined with X86. That doesn't mean you could just boot up a pc game though, it had a lot of software and hardware customizations that still haven't been reverse engineered.

Yeah, you don't know anything about xbox emulation or emulation period it seems. Yes, an API is an instruction set, and being custom does indeed mean you'd have to write a translation for it to run in real time. However, that is not the only customization to the silicon made for the ps4.

Funny story, the Uncharted 4 trailer wasn't pre-rendered, that was all real time, in engine, on a ps4 per the devs. It seems their new standard is no pre-rendered stuff form UC 4 on.

In terms of raw numbers, there actually is quite the jump. It's just not as apparent until you start looking at the details, the framerates, particles, physics, etc.

It's got a lot of custom silicon as well, it's not the same jaguar core you find in say, a tablet. On top of that, there are indeed custom graphics apis and such that would need to be emulated.

Sure it could. She has the triforce of wisdom, which could be used for a very puzzle solving focused game style. She has also shown to be able to hold her old in a fight at times.

Link has always been a girl. Long flowing locks, shows off her legs in some games, had pink hair during LTTP era, etc.

I'm okay with this, I just finally want to play the game.

He actually calls himself a republican.

I have a friend who is a gay republican. To him, the only thing that matters is when he gets rich someday, he'll pay reduced taxes. The fact his party would like nothing more then to throw him in jail for being gay or worse is irrelevant. Money, and only money, is what matters.

The DRM issue is soly a matter of opinion, honestly. Physical DRM in the form of a cart that cannot be copied ir not much different from digital DRM that prevents copies. The game doesn't lose value because of non portability, as that is the historical norm for games. DRM free may add more value if you are

Oh now your just being obtuse. Rentals are a far cry from a full cost purchase, and they were a common way of checking out games.

My wife had the Panarama test done, we was surprised at what all it told us. Her biggest abortion concern wasn't so much sex, but rather if there were any major chromosome issues.

That just brings back the idea of filler to pad a game, and honestly, you can't quantify the amount of 'game' like that and try to affix a price tag to it. Game X may have 10 hours of core gameplay to game Y's 100 hours, but a player may vastly prefer the content of one to the other. Likewise, one may have only a 6

GW2 has a pretty event number in both camps. If you want sexy, there is sexy. If you want practical, there is practical.

It's not wrong in the slightest, to be honest. The source of the cost is really irrelevant to the price the customer is asked to pay.

Mags were always a bit out of date, but then again, most of the major titles were reviewed well enough to get an idea of the crap versus the gold. We get more info now, but its not like we had to blindly purchase even back then. Many an hour were spent drooling over the mags back in the day, and those times when I

There were plenty of gamer mags to talk about the games themselves back then, not to mention the number of games that had been arcade ports where the content was known.

Ditto, but MK9 basically rebooted the franchise with a retelling of 1-3. So in effect, MKX is seemingly the sort of MK4 we should have gotten all those years ago.
