The "4G" service is free after you but the device. The LTE speeds are what you have to pay for. This is my first iPad so I'm very content with picking this up. I wanted to pick up an iPad 2 during the Christmas season but I knew the next one was coming and waited. I have no regrets though I'll likely stick with this one for at least two years.

I've got a Prime account and want to stream videos onto my TV. Doesn't sound too unreasonable. I'd rather put the $100 towards a Roku or a Blu-ray player that can do this.

You don't even have to go down the BT route to suck up 10GB in a month. HD streaming at home for Hulu, Youtube, Amazon, Netflix, etc could eat this up quickly not to mention the other countless music streaming services. Between my wife an I using Pandora and Spotify alone I could come close to hitting that 10GB mark.
