Milk and Honey Original Café Mix got robbed. This website sucks.

Yeah, flying isn’t bad (I personally don’t love it). What’s actually bad is how we’ve let the system become. Parking/being dropped off, the TSA, shoving through lines, crammed into smaller seats, deplaning, we’re doing it ourselves and don’t care.

Hmm, I dunno. I ‘d rather try the opposite: keep failing upward till I make six figures...

The old animated Clone Wars I could see as being a cult hit, but Dexter’s Lab and Powerpuff Girls were pretty big when I was a kid. Like Cartoon Network’s main block with Ed, Edd, & Eddy and Johnny Bravo.

6'2" here, and yeah. It’s the ideal “tall.” It’s not that inconvenient, I still fit in seats. But it’s tall enough to tower over most people.

I looked at that twist as just a low-key way to introduce the very real idea that there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism. Specifically when it turns out people lose points for buying a tomato.

In the old Stainless Steel Rat books (which haven’t aged perfectly, but are decent old scifi pulp), the main character makes the argument that atheists have the imperative to be more moral because they know everyone only has one shot at being alive.

What if, just hear me out, we have unions but with more transparency and accountability?

I mean, what incentive do employers have to not enslave us all? That’s what corporations want: back to company towns and scrip. That’s why we need unions and government. That’s why electing people who actually care matters. Force shorter work weeks, then increase the mininum wage to cover the difference.

We also would’ve accepted “fought self in mirror” for the deep cut

I mean, the NFL doesn’t think they can. Remember a few years ago when a kicker/punter actually tackled a guy and hte NFL hit him with a “random” PED test?

Shiner Bock was the beer that got me into craft beer, so it has a special place in my heart. And Shiner does a great job with experimenting with new beers. Not all are my cup of tea, but they’ve had some good ones. Their new Mexican style lager was really good.

It’s not “explicit racism” it’s institutional. Your middle paragraph is important. But also think, if you go to a homebrewing convention as the only non-White, you might feel uncomfortable and discouraged. Like you don’t belong. (This is actually true for a lot of professions, my partner is a teacher and does research

You do realize it’s harder for women and minorities to get loans right? It’s flat out harder for them to get the resources and support they’d need. There’s an entire system in place designed to help White people succeed and hinder minorities. This “color blind” approach to diversity is dumb as hell.

I just take the TP with me, cuz I like to sit and be comfy. Then flush the shame away. Same basic technique,

Bruschetta.

I don’t view it as political, more like you know too many memes. Like, imagine trying to explain the 30-50 hogs thing to anyone who isn’t online. Or Harry Cherry.

If we all swore and didn’t hold back, swear words would just become normal words. And if that happened, would using them still be good for you?

But the Japanese have MaSs STabBinGS say the mealy mouthed morons

Except for some of the street signage, I thought it was four blocks from my house in Nebraska, so... this is definitely not a cool trend if Nebraska is in on it.
