Plus back then they actually said something and took a stance instead of latter day simpsons’ mealymouthed support of the status quo.
um, the episode was free, so how dare you accuse gentle simpsons of a misdeed!?!
is there a way that all my comments won’t have to be “pending approval” forever?
I don’t think the show addressed the apu issue as well as you do. it seemed more like they were blaming people for suddenly caring, rather than acknowledge it was always bad, but the writers didn’t realize it at the time.
Redeeming Dwight and angela made for tonal whiplash, esp when dwight became manager. we saw how he wasn’t fit to manage when he became the acting manager, but since it’s the series finale, it was a happy thing for some reason?
disagree, the show was declining well before he left. IMO the decline started right after Michael Scott Paper Company
Also, I hope somebody got fired for that error.
“The fact that Homer and Marge were barely out of high school when Marge got accidentally pregnant is so central to the emotional core of these characters.” except they weren’t fresh out of high school. in “I Married Marge” they were about 24 before she got pregnant. marge lived at home while homer and barney were…
venture bros is still going.
Assuming they do make more episodes it just seems like we have another venture bros. no biggie.
they removed 90% of the show reviews, what else do they have to fill space for tv-club?

this was the only appropriate response to what marge had said.
i liked the original better
maybe it’s just for an episode of nathan for you
Eh, I disagree on that exchange with comic book guy. Bart makes the show out to be a charity or an equivalent of an artist who puts out work and subsides on meager ad revenue and their Patreon. Instead, it was a juggernaut of a show that was making a lot of people a lot of money. It was a business and even though the…
it annoyed me more than it should have that the squirrel should have been Melvin, not Calvin.
I hope Bob and Marshmallow are on good terms again after. that mm-mm kinda hurt to watch.
it’s fantastic how bob’s burgers continues to make such unusual scenarios work for christmas episodes. They’re the strangest christmas episodes this side of american Dad.
