You can get LED bulbs that are properly designed (as in they output at 3 and 9 o’clock only) and clockable to work without causing extra glare...assuming the headlight didn’t have a shit pattern to begin with (which many do). At that point, you’ve just made the awful light that already blinded people from the factory…
