Yep - I basically would never use my heat in my Volt, except for about 3-4 minutes to precondition the cabin before I’d leave for work (it was plugged in and would use ~1kW of house power to assist, rather than using all battery). Otherwise it was just heated seat and steering wheel to keep me warm in winter.
