Yep, we tend to lean towards thighs I’d say 3 out of 4 times we cook chicken - whether it be skin-on, bone-in or skinless boneless. But you also gotta assume the fact there were construction workers absolutely everywhere would have clued them in to this maybe not being the best road to take.

My beer fridge is set to 47 degrees anyways because it is about 75% full of IPAs and when it was colder, they tended to foam up and make a mess on the counter when opened. Setting it to that temp seems to have quelled that issue.
