My brother had an ‘01 Century and occasionally I would have him take it to a shop to do work I did not feel like doing (or did not have time to...or it was winter). They did good work, but at one point they must have had some shop assistant put the wheels back on.
And if the filter is that tight - the drain plug is even tighter.
