when it was used in Fallen, it was done in a really creepy way that made me not enjoy the song anymore. Ultron quoting Pinnochio’s song lyrics was pretty creepy, but too bad the rest of the movie didn’t live up to it’s potential.

fewer AAA titles doesn’t mean there aren’t a lot of smaller budget titles being sold. for every Skyrim there’s probably a hundred Nights of Azure being sold, and it’s PS exclusive, but the almost 80k sales numbers in the first week is spread between PS4, PS3, and Vita.

i’m from Hong Kong actually, so i don’t know enough Hokkien to know what bakkwa means, but that’s what it says on the website (we have a lot of Bee Cheng Hiang shops in HK). i just know it as smoked jerky made with pork belly(五花腩) strips and it’s damn delicious!

if you get a chance, look for Singaporean pork belly jerky. it’s flavoured like the the BBQ pork from BBQ pork buns, but with thin strips of pork belly instead so you get all the caramelized fat and slightly hardened chewiness of smoked jerky but not as dry thanks to the fat. it’s crazy good.
well to be fair it’s the maple syrup that binds the dish and makes it perfection. just chicken and waffles would be a very dry and lonely dish. =)

that sucks. looks like Wendy’s is down to just 3 shops in all of Japan. while Japan’s good at a lot of stuff, burgers and baked potatoes are really not their thing.
