The number of American gun enthusiasts that re-load their own used casings is vast. No doublt there would be easy to find stockpiles of powder and the tools used in the process. I have a relative that has hundreds of pounds of powder stockpiled. People like him are everywhere.

A used SV650 would be a far better first bike than anything with 100 hp. KTM wise, a used 690 enduro would be a good bet too, though more money, and you get all the weird KTM issues. (I’ve had a Duke II 640, a 525 EXC, 400 XC, 400 XC-w and 950 ADV)
