I have prepared 2 or 3 cars that have run Goodwood, from the US. The way they race vintage cars over there is completely different from here in the US. For example, a customer had me remove the lap belts from his pre-war grand prix car for Goodwood, not required. Fire system, not required. Fuel bladder, not required.

A used SV650 would be a far better first bike than anything with 100 hp. KTM wise, a used 690 enduro would be a good bet too, though more money, and you get all the weird KTM issues. (I’ve had a Duke II 640, a 525 EXC, 400 XC, 400 XC-w and 950 ADV)
