If they are like a regular employer, they would have mounds of documentation and examples of the problem behavior to fall back on in case this would go to court.

Since when has Trump had evidence about any of the shit he tweets about. I shudder to think that his supporters can be allowed on a jury trial.

As someone who regrettably supported the Republican agenda for a very long time, this was the year that I could not stomach things any more. I warned everyone I could that Republicans were heading down a bad path under Trump. I was laughed at and called a snowflake and a liberal.

This is a dangerous position to take. How long until our President outlaws something that does apply to you?
