I have so many questions... How can he claim that the casino “should have known” anything about his or his girlfriend’s past behavior outside of the casino? Was he served all 15 drinks by the same bartender? If not, how was the casino staff to know how many drinks he had been served?

TO be fair, if he was probably moving from one table to the next... getting a drink in a casino takes what 20 minutes.... 15 drinks means 5 hours... if he moved from one table to the next the waitress did not know how many he had at the other table...

I don’t know the specifics here, but it’s entirely possible in my mind that he went from bar to bar within the busy casino and the bartenders didn’t realize. It wouldn’t be that hard to have a few drinks here, meander to the next bar, etc.

Also, having drank at a casino in the past, I know that seldom are you served by the same person more than twice, usually only once. There are loads of people wandering around there with drink trays, and several bars you can go up to as well. I have never been to this particular casino, but I have been to plenty of…
