Not all wipes will disinfect/inactivate the virus. Check the ingredients on the box against a list of chemicals approved as effective against COVID-19. Those wipes are more likely formulated to cut grease and dry, not to sanitize. Most baby wipes won’t inactivate viruses either.

I wouldn’t be surprised, dealers are advertising new Supras under MSRP around here. Check CarGurus.

As the owner of a BMW 318ti that is 50% maybe 20% of the way to a new 6 cylinder engine, I approve of this.

They’ve been competing in the WRC since 2001 and won the manufacturers title in 2019, which I’m pretty sure makes them officially cool.

Can it please not come with the machined silver & black wheels? No one likes those things. Our local classifieds are full of ads practically giving away the stock 3rd gen Tacoma wheels that look exactly like these.

I was supposed to do some work today, then that link to all those amazing car showed up.

Can I get this in my Tacoma? That thing is stupid slow.

Hitchhiking to & from my local ski resort was fairly common 20 years ago, but has tapered off a lot. The 2 memorable rides were the nice girl that picked me up in her Suzuki SX4. As we got near the resort, she asked what might cause her check engine light to be on. We took a look under the hood and her oil cap was

If this actually comes out as a 2 door, AWD hot hatch, I’m in. I’m saving for a Cayman, but the WRC fan in me would love a rally car. Closest thing out there now is Golf R. They’re fun, but I’d prefer the lighter feel of a Japanese car.

Not sure why the NYC writers don’t either move or go in on a garage/photo studio nearby and write it off as a business expense.

How is this different than a car crashing during a race? Drivers make mistakes, get a little excited, things happen. Would it have been better to have crashed in a race with no one watching?

Buick is huge in China. This company is trying to link it’s products to an American company. They went down the list trying to get an “American company” to “partner” until they got to Saleen and we the good folks in China get “Saleen motors”.

This is probably just big enough to get the attention of the #vanlife crowd. I bet they could easily get more than $5k with the trendy outdoorsy crowd.

Did they charge you an additional 3% to use credit card? I’ve thought about doing this, but many businesses won’t accept cards for large purchases. My rewards don’t come close to offsetting an additional 3%.

Yeah, that front splitter is doomed. I’d pull the bumper or get something without the lower splitter area. There are some bumper bars available for the E36.

At what point does moving the engine forward make this a Cayman? Or does this have backseats :)

Google will also direct you into automobile restricted areas in tiny European towns. I felt like Chevy Chase for about 5 minutes until a local on a scooter had me follow him to safety. I was happy to shell out 10 Euros for the guidance, great value for a tourist hustle.

Am I the only one having a hard time distinguishing the renders from the pictures?

I’d recommend doing a quick Google search on the legality of Air BnB where you are travelling. Madrid recently changed their laws and even though our apartment was still legal, the downstairs neighbor did everything she could to make us uncomfortable, including a banner on the balcony and signs all over the halls.
