You obviously don't know what constitutes an oxymoron. Liquid and metal are not mutually exclusive. Metal can be liquified. An correct example would be "liquid gas". Of course we can have liquid gas but liquid describes the gas(oline). Fuel is not technically a gas, at least not in this case.
