@blachole: Hahahaha, dude... you slay me.

@mocanlagunas: Sounds like a good way to lose 142TB of data.
@greytone: Nicely done, sir. Nicely done.
@The Anti-Fanboy: Yeah, really. I say "fear-place" all the damn time.
@SKiTz: That is exactly what I said when this issue was initially brought up. It's called stupidity.
@JimmyBanks6: They admitted the mistake and offered everyone a refund if they so choose. Call it a recall if you like, but anyone displeased with their iPhone is welcome to return it. What's the big deal? I don't hear any news of a mass exodus of iPhone buyers returning it. So unless Apple mugged you into purchasing…
I hate it when people say, much less type out the phrase "gonna go ahead and..." Christ, that is so damn grinding to hear someone use needless speech.
@jaqueh: Ha! I was just thinking the same thing. I love Spinal Tap!
So if I currently show 0 bars, after this update, it will display negative bars?
Why aren't there any Safari results for memory use (with extensions)? Safari allows extensions.

@Francisco Cordero Hansen: No argument there. I can make my own Cat 5e cables.
Why not a foon?
It took an "expert" to declare this? Sweet Jesus... Why not just call Captain Obvious?

If my iPhone 4 was an iPod Touch, I'd be happier than a pig in shit. Seeing as how I have to keep another phone, not so much.
@sheletal: Who cares what you like? If a customer calls and politely demands something like this, they will almost certainly get it. If not from you then from a Customer Relations agent. I'm not trying to make your job harder (I've had it), but this is clearly an issue where an appeasement is certainly deserved.
@roguediamond: Sounds like the AppleCare I worked for all right.
The bumper I purchased did not help. Not only that, it bulked so much that the iPod connector could not connect properly to sync it. That wouldn't appease me very much. However, if you do call, demand to be escalated. T1 agents are bound to do so, if you demand it. Then when the T2 agent (senior advisor) gets on,…
