Hey Drew. You’re the best, and good luck with the brain and everything.

Neutral observer here. When Grisham overran the ball you saw him basically start to collapse after he realized what had happened, only to then realize he couldn’t even mourn his mistake since it was only the 8th and Soto was still running the bases. Man, I felt that.

It’s an error, but I just don’t think it’s very egregious. And while I don’t think anything is anybody’s fault here, why isn’t the narrative “Josh Hader isn’t going to forget this one for a long time”? A big arm with a 2 run lead, 2 outs and a man on 1st should bring that one to the 9th intact. Can’t do much about the

Milwaukee is actually a grossly underrated city. I was there for four days a year ago for the first time and it was dope. Brewers games in particular were more fun than other stadiums I’ve been to, the nightlife was very fun in a chill way, and the food was exceptional (not just sausages).

Even though he split after five minutes here, the performances he had as a Brewer really endeared him to most Milwaukee baseball fans. The guy didn’t have one bad start if memory serves, and usually went something like 8-1/3 with maybe one run given up.

This is all a little suspicious considering the Cubs hired Tanya Harding as a consultant last week.

The AZ Fall League is kicking off out here.

Two thoughts competing in my head:

counterpoint: fuck the cubs

This is getting better and better.
The kid that destroyed country music in 2019 is not only black, but gay ? I love this so much.

Man, these guys really won’t defend anything.

History leaves out how he somehow turned into Thomas Jefferson during intermission.

Jesus, man. This is harrowing. Like everyone else in the comments, I’m glad things didn’t go differently.

I would buy him a milkshake but the ice cream machine at McDonalds is broke again.

This is the kind of thing that warms my cold dead black cynical heart.

Seaman has denied most of these claims

Nelson was legitimately great, but the number of people you would see talking about how much better the team would have been with Janis and Abbrederis instead of Adams and Cobb makes you wonder why they don’t just become Patriots fans.

This thread is the nicest discussion between two fans whose teams just met in the playoffs I've ever seen. Nicely done

thank you for your service

And yes, I am drinking a Miller Genuine Draft
