Mmm, yes. One of my personal favorites: Techno Violet...

A lot of people have dedicated their lives to that race; don’t fuck this up, Hollywood.

My professor in college worked for Pagani on the F as an apprentice and designed the R (he made the initial illustrations which was pretty cool for an entry level designer, seeing all the layers of each component in photoshop designed from scratch) . In fact, I remember giving him a ride home from class one day

I owned a B5 Audi S4 that had no maintenance records.

God bless the first wave of B5 S4 owners in the early 2000's who thought $25k for a Stage 3 kit from APR was a good deal and then proceeded to learn about the inevitable failures that plagued that motor. I can’t imagine how many marriages that ruined - we owe a lot to their sacrifice...

This guy in Milwaukee has been doing it for 30+ years.

I had a similar ‘dilemma’ when I was about his age with similar budget and expectations for a smaller sports car. Ended up getting an E39 M5 and never regretted it; it was bigger than I wanted, but I didn’t care after I test drove it. Maintenance can be a bit costly but it is not terrible by any means. Bought mine

It might seem really bad, but I imagine almost any other city would be just as harsh on ticketing if not more. Most of the time the police are actually surprisingly lenient (at least when I went) so long as you aren’t doing something really dumb, the car has an obvious safety concern, or showing off. They’re aware

Ah, gotcha - my misunderstanding but valid point.

Thank you - it is such a bland rendition based purely on a camouflaged prototype, like an FRS with a Veilside bodykit, and people are eating this up already. I really thought Jalopnik was better than this type of poor photoshop bait. Might as well add some exclamation marks and bold, colored font to make it pop out

Kinda hard to drive a manual if you’ve been shot in the leg or arm or both and need to evacuate a combat zone ASAP...

This is what happens when designers take adderall.

“Jim, don’t worry. It’s Sept. 28th and we have until Oct. 29th to finish the desi-.... OH SHIT. GET ME A DRAWING TABLET, SEVEN PROTOTYPE INTERNS, AND SOME DRUGS IMMEDIATELY.”

I owned one purely because that film influenced me when I was a teenager. Never did get that opposite-lock and finger-snap drift down though, but I can say I tried... and failed... but I tried. And that’s what matters...

October 23rd release? So about the same wait-time to download one original episode from Limewire on a DSL connection.

lol, yeah I didn’t do myself any favors by trying to correct ignorance with even more ignorance. I think I’ll just lurk through the comments for the rest of today...

I stand corrected - I am not yet firing on all cylinders, I need more coffee...

I hate to be that guy, but...

I had a bad concussion during a trackday - high sided and slide downhill at about 60 mph on my head like a pendulum for about 100 ft. When I got on one knee the horizon was at a 45 degree angle even though my head was looking straight. Took me about 9 months to recover from that - very foggy short term memory and mood

Disregard comment: I not read enough.

Que all the aesthetic design experts to chime in on how ugly a camouflaged prototype is...
