I remember this sketch, it was definitely not making fun of the size of her nose.  It was making fun of the show being lousy, because the show was lousy.

I feel like the real issue with the sketch is that we shouldn’t be mocking the appearances of teenagers, particularly when that mockery is going to be seen by other teenagers who might have similar physical features.

She could use a prosthetic chin.

Mayim Bialik is known to be a little strange so frankly, it tracks that she would say it that way.

The article where most headlines focused on the lying, he was also accused of running a very toxic writer’s room on Patriot Act where female writers felt especially denigrated and where there were claims of not wanting to fact check stories. I think that probably rightly hurt his chances of the Daily Show as well.

The article didn’t just call out Minhaj for embellishing stories. It also called him out for supposedly running a misogynistic, toxic writer’s room that didn’t value any fact checking.

whether they’re good or not is irrelevant. apple films is, above all, marketing for apple as a whole, and they’re a big enough company they can lose millions for that purpose.

I would think one not allied with a movie studio, tech or consumer products company would still be just fine.  Oh, wait...
