Huh. Somehow I'd missed that it had been saved and a second season made. I'm guessing that season isn't available on any streaming service in Japan.

The key part is produce. Early era, and even really today, it was extremely rare for an artist to also be the producer. So You're So Vain was number 1 and was written and performed by Carly Simon, but not produced.

I actually liked the movie, but still laughed. There's a certain amount of truth to that.

Here’s the thing, they aren’t though. Even if I were to say telling jokes at the expense of trans people is fine, Chappelle’s trans jokes have been awful. Like drunk guy at the bar quality. And this from a comedian who was one of the best of his generation. I don't know what's going on with him, but hopefully he'll

But then, Netflix did produce Brand New Cherry Flavor so...

You know, shit on U2's music all you want. If you’d gone with a “haven’t Ukrainians suffered enough” type of snark, no problem. It’s what this website does. But Bono and Co. have actually saved millions of lives over the years with their human rights advocacy. That’s no exaggeration. So snark over that part of their

Having had people I love and I’ve known a long time go down weird rabbit holes of troubling ideas and behavior, I can feel for Chino's situation with Stephen.

While true it didn't need a 2nd season, I'd say the same for Russian Doll, but season 2 ended up pretty good. Breaking Bad didn't need a prequel, but Better Call Saul is pretty great. The people involved are pretty talented here, so I think in the end it should be pretty good.

100 mil for harry and meghan to make shit? I wonder why netflix is having problems?

For me, if I’m watching something based on a true story, it’s got to have a certain level of accuracy to it. Not word for word but I should feel the events and people are by and large as they were, otherwise it’s just disinformation and leaves me less knowledgeable on the subject than I was before. The more I read

Please god, keep this in development hell until my kid is old enough to not care about it.

The first question seemed more in good faith than the second one.

Big jump from don’t give this guy an award for best comedy album of the year to he shouldn't be allowed to perform again.

I really don’t get Louis CK defenders. He’s admitted to it, so why keep acting like he might not have done it by using words like accused? He’s apologized for it, acknowledging it was wrong for him to do, so why act like what he did was a big fat nothing?

As a whole I still don't care much for golden casket, but a few songs off it have really grown on me.

I can’t imagine a scenario where Noel Gallagher would ever apologize even if he was wrong. Given that he’s essentially right (getting co-writing credit is almost meaningless these days) Styles fans should probably just shrug and say, neither was Sinatra, doesn't mean he wasn't great.

you keep bruce willis’s name out of your fucking mouth

That’s what you say! Will Smith is my favorite movie evah!

Yeah. There are so many ways to stick up for someone or to let someone know their words aren’t appreciated. To choose violence as your method isn't right and counter productive.
