Regional burgers are always a risk to expand. I grew up in Illinois and Steak’n Shake was THE burger to have.. Yup, block ads and I’m on board, otherwise no way.. Although then I’d worry about browsers and internet companies creating ad content specifically so they can block it for a fee. 

My guess would be that airplanes use Photoelectric-based detectors, which use light beams to detect smoke, and could easily be triggered by vape as well. Most hotels/homes use Heat and/or Ionization-based detectors which probably wouldn’t detect vape.
