Weapon seems the least likely use. It takes a lot of work to make a sphere when regular rocks work just as well when thrown and are readily available. And not the ideal shape for attaching to the end of a stick for a handheld weapon.

The biggest surprise for me, in this scene, is there was no moment where Cumberbatch and Downey Jr said to one another “No shit, Sherlock.”

Makes you wonder what else he’s helped himself to from the evidence locker…

The existence of these types of people within departments is not the big issue. There are bad people everywhere. The issue is that people like this are allowed to continue to operate and even get put into positions like acting Sergeant and President of the FOP. His “brothers” will defend him and the good cops will

out of alignment with the proper practice of having the state issue special license plates for undercover police officers.”
No, it’s a felony and the cop should be arrested and tried plus the department should be sanctioned for allowing it.  All the costs of the case should also be taken from the PD’s pension fund,

Oooh... a shoddily-built project car with a cooling issue and shitty rims for more than the price of a new Miata (which will be faster in any direction other than straight ahead).

Wheels look like they have the wrong offset, engine bay looks a mess. This doesn’t look to offer much over buying a new factory Five compenent kit ($20k per their website) and starting from scratch? ND

Fuck its been a decade already

Face the Music was amazing and Legacy was, if nothing else, a good Daft Punk music video.

still though... everything feels like its just a rehash of the first movie. I’m not super excited for this if that’s the case. even the couple of teasers really hits home that that’s the case.

Perhaps it’s cultural, but I don’t see a swoopy saccharine subcompact appealing to the American automotive market. Americans prefer tumescent trucks, replete with rippling vasculature. Calling your car a “Good Cat” might as well invite along a different denomiation for cat, from whence life itself emerges.

At that point maybe vehicle emissions don’t matter anymore and we don’t even have to keep trying. I think there’s a non-zero tailpipe emission optimum level. So if we get all of the stuff that we can, and there’s a little bit left over - that may not matter at all.

4th Gear:

Simply stated, there are no bad actors in this case.

I believe 5 pieces of patriotic flair is the bare minimum.  Are you OK with doing the bare minimum?  ;-)

Honestly we need to make amber rear turn signals a law here. Imagine how many rear end accidents would drop if the brake lights just do the only job it is suppose to do.

I don’t know why we see so few really novel utility taillight designs in America,

Both can be assholes. Like most things in life, if you stop after 2 options, you aren’t digging deep enough.
