I have to respectfully disagree with your assessment. FCA in North America is not Chrysler. It’s Jeep. And Ram. In 2019, FCA sold 2,203,663 vehicles in the US. Ram brand had record sales at 703,023 vehicles (+18%). Despite sales contracting by 5%, Jeep remains the largest FCA brand with 923,291 sales in 2019. That

I don’t really get Raph’s point? I guess I can make the same claim about him: “Raph isn’t in business to help the environment. He is a consumer and worker that reaps the rewards of raping the environment and plundering its materials just so he can enrich and entertain himself. He continues to live a life style that

If you claim to be a car enthusiast (or a responsible person) and live in the snowbelt; if you don’t own snow tires you’re neither.”

A TourX and a 1st Gen Nissan Leaf? Nice Driveway you got there!

No, this is not acceptable. I was very nice to Mary Barra. I was nice to her and I got her ventilators when she needed them. Now I doubt she could pass a conative test. Follow me here, one of my final acts at president will be to abolish GM (and failing Jalopnik).

Permanently soldering it to the circuit board makes it survive the vibrations and such better but it’s also a lot cheaper. It may only be a few bucks here and there but that adds up over thousands of vehicles. It’s also likely that’s part of the reference design for the Tegra 3 and they were just following the

Excuse me, how much is this box of Cheerios? There was no price on the shelf.”

If you can’t be bothered with repairing your trailer’s wheel bearings, a Porsche with no engine might not be the project you’re looking for.

I would like to point out that the seller took the time to organize the small parts into individual, labeled zip-lock bags. Compare this to the usual oil-stained cardboard box with parts spilling out the sides. This was a project that was meant to be seen through.

It’s much, much worse. The huge nacelles don’t generate lift in a flat attitude, but generate “MORE LIFT THAN THE WIND TUNNEL TEAM HAD EVER SEEN” in even a shallow pitch-up attitude. The extra lift isn’t the problem. The fact that it generates thousands of pounds of lift, 10 feet FORWARD of nominal Center of Lift, is

So that’s a base-model Impreza, right?

False. Our plates are the same shape, and a just few mm bigger each way than US plates. So a JDM indent will accommodate a US plate with no problems.

There should have been a Volt Division of GM 15 years ago.

The previous BRZs required drilling into the bumper, but not really, if you find some strong enough magnets. I did this to install the front plate on my 2018 and it worked great. The magnets are strong, really strong, so I’m not at all worried about the plate falling off. And when I wash the car it comes off in

My suggestion: Don't worry about it. You didn't care what you were flying on before the Max, don't start now. This plane has been under an immense level of scrutiny for almost two years. It's safe.

Straight to hell where they belong!
