You left out the part where you tell us what Jeeps are on the market for $178.

Aston Martin DB9. I don’t need leather covered everything when your old-ass janky pop-up Garmin unit is fudging up the dashboard. I do not want to pay extra for hand-built in England. Does not matter how many cylinders you have if your auto-tranny is lethargic. Can’t stand having to plug in the key Emotional Control…
Don’t let better be the enemy of good enough. Settling for mediocrity is often frowned upon. But, with the time saved on the spoiler, Brad was able to accomplish many other things.
I don’t think anyone’s going to argue with your second point, but this is a gross oversimplification. Looking at Tesla’s numbers is a start but doesn’t get at the heart of why the numbers are the way they are. Is Telsa reacting to a diversity problem (distorted proportion of qualified candidates in the pool to choose…
I drive a high-strung German car. I assume the engineers baked in at least 10% margin after the maintenance light goes off. (Maintenance light is now a warning message on the console that has to be dismissed every time I start the car.) What could go wrong?
Not a problem - the e-Dumper has you covered (so long as all your deliveries are downhill).
Everyone wants to say the driver was a d-bag and assume the Dart was thrashed to death. But it crossed 100k and is still ticking. That doesn’t happen by accident. Seems like a NP for the target demographic.
No 17-18 year old who saved up $4500 working at a restaurant or whatever should ever buy a heavily modified, high mileage vehicle.
That was fun. Haven’t seen a performance like that since the kid in Better Off Dead wanted his $2. Also didn’t know you could steal an opponents points by crashing him in the sudden death lap. Even if K-Mag doesn’t do as well, it should be more fun that F-1 with all their “rules”.
Why is she looking at me? How would I know if that’s a banana in his pocket?
American has another thing coming if they think they can win over Erik so easily. Can’t wait to see Erik’s follow-up article admitting the 737MAX is indeed safe after thousands and thousands of hours in the air (or roughly several hundred flights).
Tesla could probably afford to buy GE (General Electric). Not sure what abomination they would produce.
So you can post about it to make your blog quota?
Congrats on insulting every car enthusiast that lives in an apartment or doesn’t otherwise have room for a full set of spare tires year round. And great job making assumptions about my driving behavior with my summer tires.
I agree with killing the current non-Jeep portfolio, but you have to keep the brands. Americans have no idea what’s behind the badge. Doesn’t matter if it’s French underneath; just make sure it says Made in America (same as any Toyota/Honda).
Traction is for cowards. I survived many winters in Cincinnati in RWD cars (G37 and M5) with summer tires year round. I would not recommend everyone do that, but I don’t think it excludes you from being a car enthusiast. (It does slide you down a few notches on the responsibility scale.)
Thanks, Maserati, for the drawings. It’s a good reminder of what you could be doing with your wealth of talent instead of churning out your current garbage product line.
Witness: “I don’t remember the number, but that plate mounting ... My God, it was an abomination. I’m still in shock that it came from the factory that way.”
