Rocky from the first "Rocky," I mean. Should've clarified that.

Fuckin' Rocky, man.

Too kampy.

Whatever happened to the old-timers, by the way? Where is that Golly Ayalli(?)? I liked his questions better than Drew's.

I love that Griffin knew just from Justin's silence that he had just bought the domain.

Roll for zest!

I know it kinda got lost in the wash over these last few weeks (for good reason), but With Special Guest has been on a nice roll lately. The Thomas Middleditch episode was outstanding, and last week's was pretty great too.

I would argue that they should go back to doing it the way they used to do it: mostly Yahoos, with one real question. Their real question advice is almost never funny anymore. And they stopped doing monthly PSAs, which I thought were gold.

One of my longtime friends started listening to both MBMBaM and AZ. I advised him to start with older episodes of the former, but he ignored me and started with the more recent ones. He remarked that it seemed like the Brothers' hearts were in it more so with AZ than new MBMBaM. As painful as it is to admit, I agreed.

Also, I'm starting to notice that Scott seems to be especially amused by Joe Wengert's characters. Which I totally understand. He's starting to creep up my preferred guest list (it's very exclusive) too.

I was actually relieved when I saw the names in the episode. I'm glad Scott got right back to the funny business.

Reading through these comments, it's refreshing to see that folks seem to be coming around on Alien 3, even if it's just a little.

Plus, it's, like, a pretty dope movie. Way more Alien than Aliens ever was.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. What about this universe would lead you to believe that happy endings exist?

I disagree totally. Do you REALLY expect happy endings in this universe? Basic survival is the protagonist.

"Some of these sound effects are weaker than I imagined they'd be."

I just listened to the YMIW. Harrowing stuff — and super-riveting. I feel bad at how entertained I was by it. And I kept forgetting that he's dead. This whole situation is just the fxking worst.

Yeah, Scott handled this whole thing pretty skillfully. Not to make this about something other than the death of a young man with a lot of life left in him, but his pseudo-eulogy was perfect, and his decision to air this good epp (like Mike and Omar taking out the garbage!) was right-on.

Yeah, maybe I take it back. I love Merrill Schindler, and he's awful close to unlistenable.

Oh dear…I've been trying to block out that Dr. Bronner character. Adomian doesn't do well with walking the line between funny-obnoxious and just-plain-obnoxious.
