A 5km (depending on how fast you run) is generally about half an hour for an average person. If you don’t have time for half an hour 2-3 times a week, you’ve got to make some changes in your life.

I went from 340 lbs to 200lbs in about a year and a half. I DEFINITELY proved you don’t need to go to the gym to see effective gains. Just some inexpensive dumbbells, and an exercise ball is all it takes. I do those simple weights, run, play some sports, and try to eat healthy (at least maintain the 85/15 rule).

It’s honestly not that hard, particularly the running. As someone who routinely runs 5km, 10km, and longer it doesn’t take your body that long to get up to snuff.

RE:7 is orgasmic in VR. I had never heard about the issues with the demo though. Just jumped full in on the full release. 

I bought my PSVR on my launch console and it worked perfectly. The Pro just bumps some things up a little bit in certain titles but the overall experience is rock solid no matter which version you play it on. Honestly hella impressed with Sony for getting VR working so good on the limited hardware it has.
