a <13" rotor? the cars don't weight much and with the right compounds (rotor and pad) they don't have to be gargantuan.

Rear brakes are not inboard its not a go kart. The regenerative energy system that is inboard does have an effect on rear braking but the brakes themselves are in the wheel.
