Oh i love that too, no problem with posting that, none at all. Please do carry on.

Try this on for size.

That's '70s. But carry on.

didn't read, voted NP on the fact: perfect 240 w/ 5speed.

the sound would.

partly because 99% percent of the population wouldn't even be able to tell it's an Olds. I for example would not be able id that - we just didn't get any exposure to these.

That is a Fiat 126, with the roof cut off.

this.

Saw this on twitter, came here to say CP, didn't even need to read.

Even the basic 2.0 Lancia Delta engine bay is packed to the tilt, imagine adding a turbo, an intercooler and a 16V head to the mix, and you end up with this:

I'm sorry, but since when is a Kia Soul an utility vehicle? My point was, that when it comes to cars and trucks designed to move stuff and people, auto might be a better bet, save for a few exceptions. Almost all other cars are better with a manual, especially fun little bangers with attitude, like the Soul.

That's actually a valid point you make, yes, with IRS, wet-clutch DSG and a more powerful engine i bet it would be better, and i have in deed discounted the fact you might not even get to try the torsion beam setup in the USA.

You do have a point, there. Which makes my closing sentence even more true.

I just gave back an 1.4 TSI DSG (122 hp) test car. I know this is bucking the trend, but i don't like it.

OK i didn't know that, kudos. However, i still couldn't decide which set of tail lights i see on the pictures provided by police.hu..... anyhow, does it matter? Not one iota.

You are aware of the fact that the Sprinter and the LT are one and the same with only the badge switched, right?

Yeah, i didn't elaborate on that, but i came up with RR for exactly those reasons. Luxury isn't tech only (although it does count), and RR does materials, appointment and serving individual customer tastest like no-one else.

If you think about it, not even Merc is as much of a luxury brand as it was 3-4 decades ago. Yes, the S-Class and other 6-figure models might still cut it, but if you look at the more basic models, there's very little to tell them appart from mundane competitors. While back in the '80s, even a basic 190 was engineered

I wanted to say this yesterday already, and i cannot stop wondering: do i recall correctly, that this is at least their 3rd 5-year-plan to date? I mean if they still have to announce plans for the future, instead of the success of the plans they worked on so far.... I'm not optimistic.
