When I was a kid my family rescued a couple of puppies that had severe mange. Being that we were kids and they were puppies there was all sorts of contact between us and we ended up with something similar to scabies that resulted from their mange. It wasn’t too hard to get rid of but the itch was real.

That’s true. Ignorance and hate will never stop being a societal problem. I feel like generations after the boomers are more willing to call people out on it at least. Maybe my hope is just that the younger generations have more propensity for change.

A huge part of their base is baby boomers. All we really need to do is wait for them to lose their medicare and nature will take its course.
