The reason it cut to black is because you weren’t there to see the ending. If Gollum was the POV character for the books, I would expect it to end when he dies.

Thank you. I’ve said since the whole thing blew up “The ending isn’t the last moment, it’s the whole game”. My choices in the past game decided who I got to see, what options were present, for the whole game.
Two counters.
Right there with you. I know I bought it back in the day. We didn’t have a sense of value for that stuff yet. I’ve spent money on cosmetics 3 times since.
Why do I feel like somewhere you’ve complained about “nobody wants to work” when your favorite fast food joint was closed because staff quit?
It was also rushed with pressure from LucasArts. They didn't have the time they needed to finish what they wanted or to bug test as much as they needed to for a new studio at the time.
More than likely the latter.
Did someone say “Steam Sale”? It’s been a week or two, we’re due for a new one. Just one deal, 10% off even. Just GIVE ME ONE HIT!
My wife once deleted my New Vegas save. She enjoys a nice clean list of 1 save file for her games/characters. I’m more the “each save is its own spot” type.
For those that have been playing their games for almost two decades with the Sherlock series, Frogwares is a reliable name for quality work. During development this was in contention to be a licensed “Call Of Cthulhu” game. I personally preferred it over the one that was official.
If I’m buying my coffee, 2 cream no sugar. If I’m making it at home, black.
I actually took his not visiting as a sign of how beaten down and reclusive he’d become. He’d pulled away from his old life and old friends and locked himself away at the Chateau because the one guiding light, Starfleet, was tarnished.
I’ve always looked at these shows as presenting the best of the Federation. Picard has always been the moral ideal of Starfleet, the soul who held sense of right over sense of duty.
Thank you for this Leisure Suit Larry grade age gate, Big Toe.
One way my wife and I found to make the sliding sequences better is to think of Sonic. It hit her that’s what she was doing and I blasted some “Escape From The City” and all the falling off didn’t matter anymore.
I can’t really get upset over this. “Memories” was created for the same reason with the Tony’s.
I remember getting “Superman Returns: The Game” on discount back in the day. This was the basic way they did it. The bad guys didn’t hurt you, they hurt the city you cared about and weakened you and your reputation as a hero.
That part of The Ring just made me angry. The whole movie they are letting your imagination give your horrific thoughts of how it happens, then they show it and ruin that dread you’ve built up. Either show from the get go (like Tooth Fairy) or don’t show it at all.
Games that target children, I’m fine with banning that. Based on kids shows, or clearly skewing young, sure.
What college grad is in their 50's? My dad was 13 when the Leafs last raised the cup, he’s comfortably in his 60's now. Maybe check that math, although that may explain your reference.
