ok, so im on a newish diet (not for losing weight, but for other health reasons) and i decided to cheat tonight. I thought "oh ill just give myself a taste of what i used to be able to eat and it will be soooo satisfying." And it wasn't! AT ALL. Now I just feel dumb for it. blah.
