Yeah, thanks.  I teach math, so it isn’t that hard to get back into the swing of things last minute.  Any other subject would be really tough.  It is disappointing to apply for jobs and not even get called.  School is just around the corner!  Am I really not that attractive of an applicant? 

Are there any unemployed teachers out there?  My school closed permanently in June, and I waited until mid-July to start looking for a new job.  Incredibly foolish, I know.  I am wondering how often schools hire at the last minute.

I think this could be a really fascinating opportunity.  The Russian League actually has 14 teams in 6 countries:  Russia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Belarus, and Latvia. 

I wonder if people ever request that their babysitters must pick them up at the bar and drive them home, while the kid is alone in bed for 20 minutes.  It has probably happened.  There is nothing new under the sun.
