The caster on those front wheels looks crazy far back in the wheel well.

I’m not quite sold on the grill, but if they changed it, I fear it would edge just a little too close to the alfa Giulia or Mercedes S class designs that clearly inspired it. Overall, not bad Hyundai.

What is even more rare than moveable screens in cars you ask?

six figs? Sounds like quite the bargain for a Jeep!

I think I am going to do just that. I have watched a lot of YouTube restoration and car repair videos and come to the realization that most of them suck. You either get the hermetically sealed lab video where they talk about what they will do and never show it until it is done. Or, you get the “I’m the star, who cares

I did a horrible job with it, but I genuinely think it looks better as a Chrysler than as a $100K Grand Wagoneer. Jeep isn’t exactly struggling for sales while poor Chrysler has to make due with a van and an attractive, but poorly selling sedan. It’s time to give them something to rebuild the brand around.

Fixed it (Very poorly in MSpaint)

I doubt I would have that kind of money to begin with, but if I did, I would not. It just doesn’t look worth that kind of money. I’ll stick with my $4000 1987 Grand Wagoneer project. All told, it probably wont even reach a quarter of that price, but will be far more appealing.

Agreed. They should sell it as a Chrysler instead of a Jeep. At least then, off road prowess would not be a factor.

It bothers me how much better that looks than the actual concept.

Can someone who is good with photoshop give the back end a similar D pillar setup to the Pacifica, and give the grill a Chrysler style grill and badge? I honestly think that it is not pretty enough to be a Grand Wagoneer, but it is certainly pretty enough to be a Chrysler Aspen.

anyone else expecting the dealership to claim that “a software update” will fix it? Seems to be the only way recalls get repaired anymore.

(P.S. I am completely aware of how ridiculous it is to suggest a software update would fix leaking brake fluid)

I’m 34 and have still never bought a new car. I don’t think I ever will at this point, not least because they are too expensive, but also because the value for money is just not there. I’m not paying $1000 a month on a car payment just to have what? an extra screen in there, and a bunch of nanny state bullshit that

Nice work. Any chance you could render it with a Chrysler grill and badge and fix the back pillars. I think that would be better than letting this thing carry the storied Grand Wagoneer badge.

The interior is solid. Even without a plethora of screens, it is a design success. However, the exterior is a failure. I suspect it would only look good blacked out if it retains the same styling choices. The squared off rear end, and awkward B, C, and D pillars let the whole thing down massively. I also wish they

The engine will be good. Sweet!, Now put it in the front where it belongs GM!

I have it on good authority that it was Tuesday
