not all collisions are write offs
This is exactly it. I can look at TST videos for handling characteristics, or and variety of the car mags (And their associated YT channels) for the same characteristics as well as the numbers.
RCR’s shtick is NOT being a regular review. It’s a ‘regular’ car reviewed in an abnormal way. They describe the time it was…
I pointed this out on here and on Reddit sometime around 2015 after finding it on their website, and it took until now for someone else to realize?
Or just go the cheap route
Exactly.
It’s gotta be a black or white car though. A red car with red interior is a bit much for me.
I CAN handle all-white though.
A buddy’s brother has a newer Charger in white with the red leather interior.
As guys born in 1990 and 1995, we’re jealous.
The picture was literally pulled from an image search of “Dodge Stealth White” and I could tell it had the red interior. I didn’t notice the wheels!
Oh shoot, all 2g were 6 speed?
The spoiler really makes it.
I flip/flop between wanting the 1g popup headlight model, or the 2g fixed headlight model. I prefer the fixed lights, but the 1g has better looking bumpers. I also know that at one point they swapped to a 6 speed manual from a 5 but I forget if it was a last-year thing on the stealth, or if…
THANK YOU.
IMO The Stealth had more 90s quirkiness in its styling, and was better for it. The taillights and banana wing in particular are awesome.
I’m okay with the front suspension since it’s one of the few things I’m 100% okay with working on because I’m not afraid I’ll break it, and parts aren’t buried too badly.
I absolutely love mine. Its one quirk (it has 3.92 rear gears stock is 2.65 for RWD) is the sole love/hate thing with it. They’re amazing for passing power, and I can out-accelerate anything that matters on the highway, (up to 90-105 depending on the other car) but I pay a price on gas mileage on the highway. (It does…
I would suggest looking outside of MOOG as well to see if there’s improved designs, like Proforged who currently has their swaybar links in my cart on SummitRacing.
The cars have been around long enough where most problems have been found, but there’s still the weird shit that the shade tree mechanics on forums haven’t…
I believe the 300C no longer guarantees a Hemi, the V6 is available in that configuration as well. I know you can get the 300S with the Hemi as I’ve had a couple of rentals optioned that way.
Those are bad pictures of that shade of green, but that color doesn’t photograph well. It’s generally called F8 green.
I recall Chrysler revised the front-end for the 300 in 2011, as previous cars had severe front suspension issues (namely upper and lower control arms getting premature wear).
Have all the stars I can offer! (I’m a 2012 Mopar edition owner)
Get an up-optioned one and they can impress. They’re highway cars, simple as that. People don’t bash Mitsubishi Mirages because they suck off road and on highways, so don’t bash the 300 for being what it IS...
A quick/smooth ( depending on Hemi/pentastar)…
