For breakfasts: kitchen sink porridge. get your grains and oats and seeds and nuts and dried and fresh fruit, throw them in a slow cooker saturday night with the liquid of your choice, go to bed, wake up sunday, eat some and portion out the rest in the freezer. I don't eat breakfast but man-face liked it.

I would be open to it as well, because the other person is, in theory, opening themself up just as much. It's a fascinating idea to speed things up in that way, but as you said, this way some of the things one might normally be guarded about come out right away, and one has the chance to frame it in a particular way.
