Seriously - that sounds terrifying. My only tactic is bitchy resting face, and that doesn't work most of the time. I can't even pick out the most ridiculous attempt - maybe a guy who, at a Halloween party on campus, thought that the best way to get my attention was to pull my hair and try and bite off my gloves.

Right? Pretty sure he wasn't responsible for any quality posting, either. Meanwhile, I see tons of intelligent/funny people down in the dust bowl known as the greys (grays, sorry).

I don't think this system improves the comments. I know it was modified to combat the gif trolls, but it's now like you're just hearing the same voices over and over - and a lot of them are really banal. I like commenting on SNS because people actively seek out the greys, but on other posts, it's mostly like shouting…
