Just because the Witcher 2 used some non-optimized techniques for its visuals that still give some modern GPUs trouble doesn’t mean it didn’t age. It still looks like a game from 2011, just one that had a couple of expensive lighting tricks.

And once that happens, good luck with free backward compatibility. Own a bunch of previous-gen disks? Better ante up for the disk drive.
