When has the law ever stopped bad dealers? Or any bad companies for that matter?

Most parents think that them dropping off their kids means that they can literally do absolutely whatever they want.

I see this all the time. People about to rear end another car in the lane next to mine. I honk my horn these days... and if I can, move over. But often, there is nowhere to go in heavy traffic.
