The dude resigned, and all of a sudden he considers himself a “victim.”  One wonders what would have occurred if he had stuck it out and defended the publication from the fallout of his decision. Also whether more staff disagreed with the decision to publish than he let on in his interview.

And, some might argue, Henry of Wales.

Completely with Messing. DO shut the FUCK UP, Susan.

never been one for the soul patch, but I might be converted...

I can dig it

Oh my god, we are mustache smut twins. I did not even know his name before Mission Impossible, but the entire movie was EXTREMELY interesting to me and my nethers. Imagine my shock and sadness when I saw him on the cover of some magazine sans mustache looking like a weird doll.

I didn’t think either were instant classics, but I guess I aligned more with what Kingsman was trying to do with sending up the genre. There are some real low points in Kingsman, but I thought it had a bit more to say than UNCLE, which just struck me as slick but empty.

that’s a hell of a response. Well-written.

Thank you for this comment, you put it so well.

A bit.  Mine are in the cheaper end.  But I really like them, so much, that I budget for them.

Yeah, this happens all the time in capitalist societies. We just don’t recognize it because most people think of capitalism as a slogan or a by-word rather than a concrete set of philosophical ideas.

I am sure this will get flack - but -

I’m going to see it, too, although I suspect that the documentary RBG is much better.

Thanks for the heads up! Here is my “tall analogy” rule that I used when peer editing.

Look into the work of Luc Schuiten, who invented the term “archiborescence”

Yeah, he’s definitely just trolling. He uses the word “excoriated,” making his high school (maybe middle school?) English teacher very proud, but then complains about nouns and adjectives as being college material, making his 1st grade teacher weep.

For example: go to the Seattle Public Library, downtown branch, and then do the opposite of that.

I APPRECIATE THEM! I grew up around people who were pretty skilled at architecture, so I’m comfortable with a lot of the ideas and get it. Now, trying to do something with my yard, I have *so much learning* to do so as to make it not stupid/tacky.

Greenery and charm usually come from the underappreciated landscape architects.

I’m not a native English speaker, but even I know the difference between an adjective and a noun.
