I'm not sure since I don't buy them but I bet if you look at the list of ingredients, there will be a bunch of complex, scientific ingredients listed. I'm sure the bars are loaded with sugar too.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and after doing some research I decided to change my diet in a major way. The 1st rule this article mentions was the first thing I changed. I cut out all processed crap and only bought things with ingredients I actually knew of.
