I don't know. I'm one of those smokers who, if you talk to me about quitting, will just go light up another one. Those commercials irritate the crap out of me as do the randoms on the street who tell me I'm too pretty to smoke. Your friends might be less disgruntled than I am though.

I honestly don't know how Chantix is still on the market. People have killed themselves or others while on it. A friend of mine tried it and turned into a total monster. His gf at the time, now wife, had to beg him to stop taking it. He's still a smoker now.

The whole bus crash thing was just dumb. I liked the show but I'm sorry, it went off the rails after season 1. It went from heavy and provocative to another WB show. Felicity had more depth.

You have your opinion and I have mine. Though I watched all three seasons, I don't think the subsequent seasons matched up to season 1 in any way.

I'm black and as a teenager visiting Greece, all I got were marriage proposals. I'm grateful not to have experienced anything traumatic. You're right though. Being black has had traveling perks. No one harassed me or my mom in France.

UPN and Dawn Ostroff turned it into a teeny bopper show from season 2 on. It didn't feel very noir after all the accommodations to the network.
