Agreed on the fight scenes, they are mostly garbage.

I’m at the point where I need Charlotte Hale to die a gruesome death.

Curious, what exactly are the requirements for being a special ops mercenary in the world of this show? An utter lack of tactical awareness? Massive horniness to the point of being suicidal? A deep desire to get as close to the enemy as possible, even though you have a gun and they don’t? Staggering you marching order

I believe the actor is David Midthunder, father of Amber Midthunder who plays Kerry Loudermilk on Legion!

the Ghost Nation characters—especially the tribe’s main figure, who’s been on the periphery of Maeve’s storyline for two seasons and yet so far has gone unnamed on the show

Yeah, that scene was downright stupid. It took an otherwise decent episode down a notch for me it was so stupid. I get they wanted to give Angela a send-off monologue but nothing about that scene made any sense. They surely could’ve come up with a better way to allow for that.

What the fuck was Angelas plan?? Stand there until a guy with a grenade showed up and seduce him???

I don’t like Dolores this season, but I, on a very visceral level, wanted to see her kill Charlotte.

I don’t get uppity over this stuff for a couple of reasons:

You don’t think the Lebron stans would be just as insufferable? This is a no-win situation here.

The NBA is “more popular than ever,” right? How is that possible when the game on the court is worse than it’s ever been? If I wanted to see a show I would just go catch a play, or even a WWE match. At least they’re honest about it.

Maybe warning him changes his actions. He did say out of 14 million times, there was only 1 path that they won.

You need to adjust your reactions to moments like this accordingly when it comes to Disney shared universes. The question is not “am I supposed to know her?” but “what spin-off are they teasing now?” ;)

Here’s one. How did they manage to make a movie that I both thoroughly enjoyed, but also didn’t give two shits about once it ended?

I’ll admit, I did think it was a bit strange to make them lovers after there was no indication of that type of relationship in later movies, but it worked.

I had something like this happen one too. I was watching a Star Trek movie when I heard my echo start talking. I could not hear what it said over the movie until the very end when it said “message sent” I had no idea what happened until I got a voice message from my adult son with a audio clip from another Star Trek

Yeah, but it generated Millenial page clicks so, mission accomplished.

I feel so sad watching their relationship fall apart - I mean, in a good way. This show really made me care about David/Syd.

On one hand, it’s a means to an end. On the other, it’s really fucked up. David’s becoming kind of a bad guy.

Nope, you missed the point of that whole sequence completely.
